When we put up new items sometimes they can be sold so quickly that we cannot update the product as sold. This can lead to some double sales of items. If the item you purchase is purchased by someone before you then that item goes to the first person to purchase and you will recieve a refund on that specific purchase.

Last and most important - We are not here to supply used police and fire equipment to the general public thus all transactions must be accompanied by department letterhead or valid ID - No Exceptions can be made as this is a major security issue in today's society.
